Positive psychology, as a new approach in the field of human sciences, emphasizes human capabilities, virtues, and strengths, and aims to focus on the capacities for individual and social growth and flourishing, rather than focusing solely on weaknesses. In this article, using a descriptive-analytical method and a library approach, we have studied Parvin Etesami's poems based on one of the important components in Seligman's classification (wisdom and knowledge). The research findings show that in Parvin's poems, wisdom and foresight have been significantly reflected in the form of metaphors and poetic advice. In addition to their literary and aesthetic values, Parvin's poems carry moral and psychological messages that are in line with the principles of positive psychology and can be used to promote individual and social well-being and to teach social skills, strengthen empathy, hope, and self-regulation. Parvin Etesami's Divan is also a rich source of moral and psychological messages; messages that, in accordance with the framework of positive psychology, call for the cultivation of individual and social virtues and attention to human strengths. Parvin Etesami's Divan can be considered a rich source for interdisciplinary studies between Persian literature and psychology; a source that can be used in education, counseling, and strengthening positive skills in individual and collective life.
